A project with AA&U and ALA

We propose a series of Urban Projects that create a sustainable relationship between nature and the built environment of the beautiful mountain Resort of Pano Platres, while maintaining traditional values of the village and further enhancing its touristic lure. We propose new uses that can function as a catalyst for this sustainable development and provide guidelines for future urban development by implementation of furnishings, paving, lighting, signage and infrastructure. Our proposals will be achieved in various steps and stages: the re-design of the public services by placing them underground, the refurbishment and re-design of signage and the implementation of new light-weight built structures along the main road of Pano Platres.
