Around Nicosia in 80 minutes

The expedition starts at Home for Cooperation on May 14, 2022, following a course to the south and then the north parts of Nicosia, along the two ring-like roads around the city walls. We cross the Ledra Palace checkpoint, located at one of the ring roads.

What if you move around Nicosia’s ring road in a re-unified city by common public transport? What if you ride a tram, or a bus, or a bike or a carriage pulled by donkeys?

What if you are a student at the Federal University of Cyprus whose campus is located around the ring road of the Nicosia old city walls?

What if you are a worker at a carpenter’s shop, or at a metallurgist’s place, or at a bike producer? What if they are all part of the Federal University of Cyprus’ urban campus?

The Greenline of division becomes a huge snake in the game... You may be swallowed by the green snake during your game travel along Nicosia’s Ring Roads.

You have an ally!

Nicosia’s old city ‘Long Road’ becomes an enormous yellow ladder in the game. It will help you move mentally between the areas along the Ring Roads, where the Federal University of Cyprus with workshops of carpenters and metallurgists are to be located.

The convoy will return to H4C where you can watch a video along the ring roads and through the Green Line.
